Since his days of working as a personal trainer in high school to his completion of more than five chiropractic specialties, Dr. Mo has dedicated his life to helping people improve their health and fitness.

Dr. Mo focuses on the relationship between the mind, body, and the neurological connection between the two, to help pinpoint areas of pain that develop in most of us at some point in time throughout life. Some of the most common injuries Dr. Mo addresses include extremity and sport injuries, soft tissue injuries, knee and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, golf and tennis elbow, foot pain and lower back pain. With more than 10 years of experience providing care to people of all ages, Dr. Mo welcomes you to ChiroFit Wellness Center, in Cedar Park – your total health & fitness provider.

Dr. Casey Hays D.C., TPI-CGFI
Doctor of Chiropractic, Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor

Dr. Hays has been in Cedar Park for almost two years treating patients and keeping people healthy through chiropractic care. As a certified Titleist Golf Fitness Instructor, Dr. Hays screens golfers to identify restrictions in the golf swing, and builds workout programs to optimize performance on the course.

Becky Peters, L.Ac., MAOM
Licensed Acupuncturist

Becky is passionate about leading patients down a path of renewed health. She loves treating adults and children with acupuncture (including a needle-free technique for children), Chinese herbs, cupping, moxibustion, and Chinese nutritional advice. She has a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. Her gentle methods and calm demeanor allow patients to have a relaxing acupuncture experience.

Dr. P.J. Yazdi, Ph.D, R.D.
Nutrition

Dr. Yazdi has more than 15 years experience in extensive nutritional research, counseling, and teaching. As a graduate student, Dr. Yazdi worked as a researcher at the UT - M.D. Anderson Cancer Center while receiving her Ph.D. in Nutrition. There, she gained extensive knowledge in developing programs to improving women's health and decreasing childhood obesity. In addition to her academic background, Dr. Yazdi has served as Clinical Dietetic for Seton, and Community Nutritionist for the Sustainable Food Center and the Texas Department of State Health.

Linsey Lawless
Certified Personal Trainer

A former high school and collegiate runner, Linsey Lawless has been keeping fit for most of her life. Now, as a certified personal trainer, she's helped people of all ages and fitness levels to reach their health and fitness goals. With extensive education in kinesiology and nutrition Linsey focuses on balanced training and realistic goal setting. Whether you prefer group workouts or one-on-one sessions, Linsey is ready to help you train!

Marshalla Robinson
Licensed Massage Therapist

Marshalla is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Institute of Natural Healing Science in 2004. Since then she expanded her massage therapist skills with various types of massage. She is knowledgeable in areas such as Polarity Therapy, Therapeutic Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Advanced Foot Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, Pre-natal massage, and Soft Tissue Mobilization. With her wide range of abilities, she's able to help a wide range of people with their specific massage needs.

Deborah Herriage
Licensed Massage Therapist

Deborah has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and attributes her understanding of movement and anatomy to her practice. She studied massage at the Lauterstein-Conway school of massage in Austin, Texas after working in the corporate environment and continues to study new techniques for use in a healing environment. Her interest is in both energy healing and "pin and stretch" techniques to free up more flexibility in the fascial (connective tissue) planes. Her philosophy is based on the mind/body connection and she works to educate clients for better access to their individual space.

Stan Kaso
Licensed Massage Therapist

Stan earned a degree in Sports Exercise from Texas State University; he studied massage at the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage which he graduated in 2005. He currently specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, sports trigger point, and individually customized massages. As a former high school and collegiate soccer player, he believes that massage therapy can enhance an individual's overall sense of well being and improve their quality of life. Stan's experience with his clients has shown him that massage us a beneficial as a preventative measure against many problems such as stress-related conditions, tension and repetitive strain.

Teena Welch
Licensed Massage Therapist

Teena graduated with her A.A.S as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 1993. Wanting to focus on manual therapies, she obtained her Massage Therapy license in 2000 and then added her Massage Therapy Instructors License in 2001. With a strong background in Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Kinesiology it was a natural transition to focus on Medical massage for injuries and chronic pain syndromes. Techniques incorporated into her treatments include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular facilitation, and deep tissue massage. Each treatment is individualized to focus on the needs and goals of that session. Her mantra: "I love playing detective to fine the cause of the problems, rather than just treat the systems."

Office Manager

With over eight years of experience in medical and chiropractic customer service, Sara's number one goal is to make healthcare affordable and convenient for patients. She works with all patients with or without insurance to set up payment plans to make healthcare accessible to all regardless of their financial situation.

With twenty years combined experience in office administration and customer service, Alicia brings great energy, enthusiasm, and understanding of patient's needs. Patients satisfaction is her number one priority. She is extremely understanding of chiropractic procedures and treatments due to her previous experience as a certified massage therapist in a chiropractic office in California.

An internationally known Middle Eastern Belly Dancer. Her alluring grace and charismatic artistry capture the essence of the dance. Since childhood she has always been passionate about all forms of dance, from ballet to modern. Zira's undertanding of dance is credited to the many teachers with a range of styles and influences. She has traveled the world cultivating her form of expression and fell in love with the beauty that is American Tribal Style (ATS) Belly Dance. After long years of studying and performing she started teaching her own style of ATS.
